The sale of the second condo was an absolute masterpiece. This was an upscale unit which was rented for 16 years and needed some significant work to bring it back to original quality. Jen handled every detail since I was abroad during the whole process. She took over the condo as the tenant left on February 10 and she quickly hired a painter and a carpet installer. She selected the carpet and we decided to paint about half of the unit and keep the existing wallpaper in the other half.
