She handled the sale of the first condo extremely well and we were able to secure an offer before the unit went to market for a price that was consistent with the valuations of that development. The sale of the second condo was an absolute masterpiece. This was an upscale unit which was rented for 16 years and needed some significant work to bring it back to original quality. Jen handled every detail since I was abroad during the whole process. She took over the condo as the tenant left on February 10 and she quickly hired a painter and a carpet installer. She selected the carpet and we decided to paint about half of the unit and keep the existing wallpaper in the other half. This was done at the highest level in terms of quality while keeping costs under tight control. The work was completed in a few weeks and the unit was cleaned professionally and staged beautifully. The result was outstanding, the condo looked pristine, the extensive woodwork was shiny and the deck overlooking Back Creek was staged to perfection. We put the unit on the market at $480,000 and quickly received four offers with a final bid at $520,000. This sale went to closing on April 3rd, less than two months after the tenant departure. I came back in town just in time to finalize the documentation and do the closing. I have no words to describe how fantastic this whole experience has been for me. The professionality, the knowledge, the incredible sensibility to the market and her outstanding performance, way beyond the usual range of an agent activities, have left me mesmerized.
