Spring Cleaning for a Cause: Join Us for Dumpster Day & Sports Equipment Drive!

Spring is here, and that means it’s the perfect time to refresh, declutter, and give back! As local realtors who live and work in Greater Severna Park, The Jen Holden Group is all about community—not just when it comes to buying and selling homes, but in helping make our neighborhoods better places to live. That’s why we’re hosting a Spring Cleaning Junk Haul-Away & Sports Equipment Donation Day at Shipley’s Choice Swim Club on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

This event is our way of giving back to the community we love while helping neighbors clear out unwanted clutter and supporting local youth in need. Keep reading for all the details!

Declutter Your Home – For Free!

Have old furniture, broken items, or just too much “stuff” piling up? We’ve got you covered! Bring your unwanted items to our on-site hauler truck, and let’s clear out that clutter together.

What Can You Bring for the Haul-Away Truck?

✅ Old furniture
✅ Broken or outdated household items
✅ General bulk trash
✅ Yard waste

Give Back: Donate Your Used Sports Equipment

While you’re cleaning out the garage or storage room, consider donating your gently used sports equipment to help local kids in need. We are partnering with Leveling the Playing Field, a nonprofit organization that provides sports gear to children who may not otherwise have access.

What Can You Donate?

✅ Soccer balls, basketballs, footballs, baseballs & gloves
✅ Lacrosse sticks, helmets, and pads
✅ Cleats, shin guards, and other protective gear
✅ Tennis rackets, golf clubs, and more

Your donation could help a young athlete in our area find their passion and stay active—something we can all feel good about!
