What it means

More choice for buyers, more competition for sellers

Sellers

With more active listings than a year ago, buyers can compare. We’ll compare your home with nearby listings and recent sales before we recommend a list price, and watch early showing feedback closely.

Buyers

More choice can give you room to compare. We’ll look at how long a home has been listed and whether the asking price has changed. Comparing it with recent sales can help you decide what to offer.

These are countywide numbers. What’s happening in a specific neighborhood or price range can look different, so it’s worth looking at your area before making a decision.
